This card helps you not only focus on the positive but end the day with it in your mind as you go to sleep. I suggest you put the card beside your bed and make it a habit to go over the three highlights of the day nightly. (By the way, if you can’t come up with three highlights of the day, it is not the day or the circumstances, it is how you are looking at things.)
Not only is this habit good for you but it is also good to share your thoughts aloud with your spouse and/or children and have them do the same. It makes for a great positive couple or family interaction to have in each person’s mind before going to sleep.
